Our first stop on our seafood tour is at WAKUDA. Inspired by the Shinjuku ward in Tokyo, WAKUDA redefines high-end, modern Japanese dining. 02 Omakase Experience

WAKUDA offers one of the few true omakase experiences in Las Vegas. In Japanese, omakase is short for omakase shimasu, meaning, "I'll leave it up to you." There is no set menu. The chefs create dishes in the moment. The first course is crafted using the freshest ingredients of the day. The dishes that follow are based on guests’ reactions, so every meal is one-of-a-kind. A mixture of skill and artistry, the chefs craft an unexpected culinary journey. With only eight seats available, each guest receives a personalized experience unlike any other. The Omakase dinner is $500 per person. You can add on a sake or wine pairing for $250 a person. 03 estiatorio Milos

When it comes to fresh seafood, estiatorio Milos has what you're looking for. Their signature fish market is on full display. Guests can choose what they want and how it’s prepared.
