It’s a platform where mentorship is plated, legacies are reimagined, and personal passions are shared, further cementing the resort’s evolution as a premier global dining destination.

Celebrating 18 Years of Ment’or

Guests joined Bouchon for Ment’or’s 18th Anniversary Dinner, an intimate evening celebrating culinary excellence and the next generation of great chefs. Hosted by The Venetian Las Vegas following the Ment’or Young Chef Competition, this special event united iconic culinary leaders including Thomas Keller, Daniel Boulud, Jérôme Bocuse, and more for an unforgettable night of inspired dishes and shared passion.
