06 Veggies Just Got Upgraded

Great news vegans, plant-based restaurants in Las Vegas are on the rise. The Strip is seen as a place to indulge, but who says you can’t indulge in being healthy? At Black Tap Craft Burger & Beer, you can do just that. They offer meatless patty options, and a vegan CrazyShake called the black ‘n white cake shake. It’s a soy-based chocolate shake, with a housemade vanilla frosting rim (made with almond milk), chocolate chips on the side, and topped with a thick slice of Black ‘n White cake, which swaps in applesauce instead of dairy. It’s finally finished off with a rice-based whipped cream and chocolate drizzle. Truth & Tonic – Wellness Café is boasting the first fully plant-based menu on the Strip.
