LAS VEGAS (Aug. 27, 2026) — The Venetian Resort Las Vegas today announced that four of its celebrated restaurants, Bouchon by Chef Thomas Keller, COTE Korean Steakhouse by Simon Kim, Estiatorio Milos, and Mott 32, have been recognized in the inaugural MICHELIN Guide Southwest. With four restaurants included in the guide, The Venetian Resort is home to more MICHELIN-recognized restaurants than any other resort in Las Vegas, further solidifying its position as one of the world’s premier culinary destinations.
