Venetian Rewards Terms and Conditions


Participation in the Venetian Rewards loyalty program (the “Program”) is subject to the following terms and conditions (the “Program Terms”):

Tiers & Earnings

  1. The Tier level of a participating Program member (“Member”) will be determined based on the number of Tier Points earned in the preceding Tier Year. A Tier Year shall mean a twelve (12) month period, starting on March 1st of a given year through the last day of February of the next calendar year.
  2. The minimum Tier Points required to attain the relevant Tiers is as follows: “Jade” = 0 Tier Points; “Sapphire” = 3,000 Tier Points; “Ruby” = 20,000 Tier Points; “Diamond” = 50,000 Tier Points. At the Company’s discretion, Member may be invited to join an invite-only tier based on play. For more details on Invite Only, visit the Venetian Rewards desk or speak to a host.
  3. Members may advance in Tier levels during a Tier Year based on the Tier Points accumulated in the then-current Tier Year.
  4. Tier benefits for each Tier are valid from the date a Tier is attained through the end of that Tier Year. Tier levels are attained either through Tier advancement within a Tier Year or based on the number of Tier Points earned in the preceding Tier Year.
  5. Certain Tier benefits are subject to availability and management discretion. Additional terms and conditions may apply. See Venetian Rewards Benefits Terms and Conditions.
  6. Tier Points and Venetian Rewards Points are earned from qualifying slot and video poker play, table games play, and any hotel and resort spend (“Experiential Spend”) charged to the Member’s suite during his or her stay and paid for at check out. Points are earned upon receipt of payment. To earn Tier Points from qualifying Experiential Spend, Member must book direct with the resort and link the Member’s Venetian Rewards account number to his or her suite(s). Member is responsible for providing the Front Desk agent with the Member’s Venetian Rewards account number at the time of check in through check out. Members can earn points for up to three (3) suites for any given stay. Experiential Spend excludes reservations booked through and amounts paid to any third-party travel agency (including online travel sites) (“Third-Party Bookings”).

    Tier Points. Member will earn: Slot Play – one (1) Tier Point for every $4 of coin-in; video poker play – one (1) Tier Point for every $10 of coin-in; table games play – two (2) Tier Points per $1 in theoretical. Experiential Spend – Two (2) Tier Points for every $1 Experiential Spend. On the first day of each Tier Year, Tier Points from the prior Tier Year will expire and reset to zero for the purposes of re-establishing the Member’s Tier level for the next Tier Year.

    Venetian Rewards Points.
    Member will earn at different rates based on Tier level for slot and video poker play as follows: Jade – 1 Venetian Rewards Point for 1 Tier Point; Sapphire – 1.25 Venetian Rewards Points for 1 Tier Point; Ruby – 1.5 Venetian Rewards Points for 1 Tier Point; Diamond – 2 Venetian Rewards Points for 1 Tier Point. For table games and Experiential Spend, regardless of Tier, Member will earn 1 Venetian Rewards Point for 1 Tier Point. Venetian Rewards Points are valid as long as the Member earns at least one (1) Venetian Rewards Point every twelve (12) months. If Member does not earn any Venetian Rewards Point within a twelve (12) month period, the entire Venetian Rewards Points account balance will expire and reset to zero. In such case, no redemption will be awarded for the Venetian Rewards Points prior to resetting the point balance. Venetian Rewards Points earned from table games within a Tier Year shall be capped at a maximum of $10,000 in redemption value.

  7. Except for Third-Party Bookings, Member may submit a request to claim Tier Points and Venetian Rewards Points for Experiential Spend. To request a claim for points, Member must provide a copy of the credit card receipt, the credit card used, and a valid government-issued photo identification that matches the details printed on the receipt. Experiential Spend may be claimed for events held at Company-owned venues or participating outlets. Member may also submit a copy of his or her folio after check out to claim points for a recent hotel stay that may not have been linked to Member’s Venetian Rewards account number at such time. All requests to claim points from spend receipts for Experiential Spend must be submitted within ninety (90) days from the date of spend as reflected on the receipt or folio. Member shall earn Tier Points and Venetian Rewards Points as of the date the request is processed, which may take up to seventy-two (72) hours. A maximum of $10,000 in Experiential Spend per visit may be claimed.
  8. Venetian Rewards card must be properly inserted in the card reader to accumulate Tier Points and Venetian Rewards Points on qualifying slot and video poker play.
  9. Venetian Rewards card must be provided to table games personnel to be rated and earn Tier Points and Venetian Rewards Points during table games play.
  10. No Tier Points nor Venetian Rewards Points will be earned on free slot play, free table play vouchers, or promotional chips.
  11. No Tier Points nor Venetian Rewards Points may be earned if an individual has not been verified. A new Member must be verified by the Venetian Rewards Desk personnel or through a kiosk to ensure age requirements are met prior to earning points.

Redemption

  1. One (1) Venetian Rewards Point is equivalent to $0.01 in redemption value.
  2. When redeeming against any point balance associated with the Program, Member must present a valid government-issued photo identification together with his or her Venetian Rewards card.
  3. To redeem Venetian Rewards Points for slot credits, Member must insert his or her Venetian Rewards card into a slot machine and follow the steps on the machine to download slot credits. Member will be required to enter the PIN associated with the Member’s account for validation purposes.
  4. To redeem Venetian Rewards Points for free bet, Member must present a valid government-issued photo identification together with his or her Venetian Rewards card to receive a free bet voucher from the Venetian Rewards Desk. Once a free bet voucher is issued, it cannot be replaced. Free bet vouchers expire seventy-two (72) hours after issuance.
  5. To redeem Venetian Rewards Points at participating outlets, Member must present his or her Venetian Rewards card at the time of redemption.
  6. To redeem Venetian Rewards Points for a resort comp voucher, Member must present a valid government-issued photo identification together with his or her Venetian Rewards card to receive a resort comp voucher from the Venetian Rewards Desk. Resort comp vouchers expire seventy-two (72) hours after issuance.
  7. Outlets participating in resort comps are subject to change without notice. A list of participating outlets is available upon request at the Venetian Rewards Desk.
  8. Venetian Rewards Points must be redeemed in whole dollar increments (minimum of 1,000 Points).
  9. Resort comp vouchers will be issued at a minimum of $10.00. 
  10. Free bet will be issued in $25.00 increments.
  11. Venetian Rewards Points earned from gaming or Experiential Spend may be converted into slot credit, free bet, or resort comp vouchers.
  12. The number of Venetian Rewards Points required for redemption of any promotion or complimentary offer is subject to change without notice at the discretion of the Company.

Eligibility & Membership

  1. Patrons must be at least 21 years of age to become a Member. A valid government-issued photo identification must be provided for age verification purposes prior to obtaining a Venetian Rewards card. Member is unable to earn points prior to verification. Age verification may be done by a Venetian Rewards Desk personnel or through the kiosk.
  2. Persons under 21 years of age are prohibited from engaging in any gaming activity.
  3. Membership and all associated benefits of the Program are intended for use by the Member on the account and are non-transferable.
  4. Upon enrollment in the Program, Member is eligible for Tier benefits immediately based on Tier level.
  5. The Program is for individual membership only; Membership cannot be shared with any person, including family members or spouses.
  6. Member is strictly prohibited from sharing or distributing his or her Venetian Rewards card to other persons for any purpose.
  7. Other than the excluded individuals below, only natural persons are eligible for the Venetian Rewards Program membership. Business entities or organizations are ineligible for membership in the Program.
  8. Excluded individuals from the Program include: employees, immediate family members, and household members of the Company or any partnering outlets.
  9. If a Member is receiving other incentives outside of the Program, he or she may be ineligible to earn for particular earning components under the Program.
  10. Replacement and/or duplicate cards will be issued with valid government-issued photo identification.
  11. The Company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misused cards.
  12. Management reserves the right to adjust Tier level or any point balance due to computer error, machine malfunction, operator error, fraud, or other misuse of the Venetian Rewards card.
  13. Membership in the Program may be revoked or canceled at any time, without notice, at the discretion of management.
  14. Decisions by management regarding the interpretation of the Program (including, but not limited to, Program Terms, eligibility, disputes, accumulation of Tier Points and Venetian Rewards Points, and Tier level) are final and binding.
  15. Management reserves the right to cancel, change, or revise Program Terms and benefits.
  16. Membership in the Program constitutes acceptance of all Program Terms, policies of the Company, and any and all changes to the same, including changes to benefits.
  17. Any Member who is trespassed from the Company will have his or her Program membership immediately revoked and will be ineligible for any future Program benefits. Further, the trespassed individual will forfeit any and all benefits associated with his or her Program membership, including, but not limited to, any unredeemed Tier benefits or Venetian Rewards Points. In the event, an individual is reinstated as a Member, it is at management discretion whether to reinstate any portion of purged points or Tier level.
  18. The Company uses reasonable efforts to track a Member’s average bet and length of play; however, as a condition of receiving Tier Points and Venetian Rewards Points for table games play as well as the associated benefits, Member acknowledges that Tier Points and Venetian Rewards Points are earned based on the observation of the Company’s employees, which may be subject to error. The determination of the Company shall be final with respect to any discrepancy.
  19. Member is responsible for selecting and securely maintaining a username and password for his or her online Venetian Rewards account.
  20. Member may access promotional offers based on his or her gaming history when logged into the online Venetian Rewards account at venetianlasvegas.com/rewards. Promotional offers are subject to additional terms and conditions.
  21. Member understands that in exchange for rewards and offers in connection with the Program, he or she agrees to provide certain personal information for use by the Company. Early Access to Pool Seating

Reservations are subject to availability and must be made twenty-four (24) hours in advance. Member can reserve up to a maximum of four (4) chairs. Limited priority seating will be available until 10A.M. Pacific Time. Booking fees apply. Food and beverage minimums may apply. Member must contact Resort Services to redeem.

Yahoo Sportsbook – Reserved Seating & Priority Access for Fan Caves

Reservations are subject to availability and must be made in advance to guarantee seating. Food and beverage minimums may apply. Member must contact Resort Services to redeem.

Suite Upgrades

Suite upgrades are subject to availability and management discretion. Based on the suite category booked, Member will be upgrade to the next level suite category (not suite type). Member may be offered an upgrade up to a Grand One Bedroom suite depending on the suite category booked. Suite upgrade requests must be made at the Front Desk or through Resort Services.

Retail Outlet Discount

Member must present his or her Venetian Rewards card in order to receive the applicable discounts at participating outlets. Concert and/or show merchandise is excluded. Participating outlets in The Venetian tower: Emporio d’Gondola, International News, The Venetian Shoppe, Venezia Gift Shop, and The Venetian Pool Shop. Participating outlets in The Palazzo tower: Emporia and The Palazzo Pool Shop.

Choice Benefits – Airfare Credit, Spa Credit, Complimentary Golf (Choose 1 of 3)*

Airfare. Member may receive a credit or reimbursement for airfare. Member must show valid receipts of air travel to and from Las Vegas, and such airfare must be booked by qualifying Member. Travel must be completed within the same Tier Year Member qualifies for the airfare choice benefit. Airfare credit will be issued solely based on the purchased ticket for airfare cost only, including fees for seat upgrades. This excludes any other travel related costs, such as fees for luggage/baggage, pets, food, and in-flight amenities. Airfare credit will be offered for the Member’s ticket and his or her guest(s) reflected on the proof of purchase up to the qualifying credit amounts based on Tier, provided that all individuals are passengers listed on a single travel itinerary and the purchase was made in the name of the Member. Airfare credit may be offered in the form of slot credit, free bet, or cash. Member must visit the Venetian Rewards Desk to redeem.

Spa. Spa credit can be used towards spa services and retail. Cancellations must be made twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled service. Cancellations within twenty-four (24) hours from the day of service equate to the redemption of the benefit, and no additional redemption will be available that same Tier Year. A credit card is required for booking. Member must call Resort Services to redeem the benefit.

Golf. Complimentary golf is subject to available either at Bear’s Best Las Vegas or Rio Secco Golf Club as follows: one (1) player for Member’s use only at a maximum value of $150 for each qualifying Ruby Member, and up to two (2) players at a maximum value of $300 for each qualifying Diamond Member. Complimentary amounts are based on standard rates available through Resort Services. Credit is for green fee only and cannot be applied towards other fees (e.g., caddies, rentals, or food). Cancellations must be made seventy-two (72) hours prior to the scheduled tee time. Cancellations within seventy-two (72) hours equate to the redemption of the benefit, and no additional redemption will be available that same Tier Year. Member must call Resort Services to redeem.

Gondola Ride*

Reservations are subject to availability. Member must reserve tickets at Emporio d’ Gondola or the outdoor gondola kiosk. Member must visit the Venetian Rewards Desk to redeem.

Complimentary & Entourage Suite Nights

Subject to availability and management discretion. Complimentary and Entourage Suite nights must be requested at least fourteen (14) days in advance. Entourage Suite Nights must be booked during the same dates as the eligible Member that earned the benefit. Cancellations must be made at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to arrival. Cancellations within seventy-two (72) hours equate to the redemption of the benefit, and no additional redemption will be available for that same Tier Year. Blackout days may apply. Member must call Resort Services to redeem.

Transportation to and from Airport

Subject to availability and management discretion. Vehicle selection is at the sole discretion of the Company. Reservations for both arrival and departure ground transportation must be made at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to the Member’s arrival date. This benefit is for transportation to and from the property (The Venetian or The Palazzo) and Harry Reid International Airport only. Cancellations may result in a charge equivalent to the ground transportation cost to and from the airport. Member must provide flight information at the time of booking. Blackout days may apply. Member must call Resort Services to redeem.

F&B Credit*

Dining vouchers will be offered if Member does not have a suite reservation. Such vouchers will be provided at the Venetian Rewards Desk and must be redeemed on the date received. For Members with a suite reservation, the relevant amount will be credited to the Member’s folio. Dining credit can only be used in a single transaction. Remaining unused amounts will be forfeited. Benefit must be used during the Tier Year in which the specified Tier level is reached. Dining credit cannot be used for tax and gratuities, is non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Member’s Venetian Rewards card and government-issued photo identification must be presented when redeeming the dining voucher at the time of payment. Member must visit the Venetian Rewards Desk or call Resort Services to redeem.

Sphere Access – The Sphere Experience

Subject to availability and management discretion. This benefit is for The Sphere Experience only, offering access to Postcard from Earth or any other cinematic experience available in the future. Requests must be made at least seven (7) days in advance. Cancellations must be made seventy-two (72) hours prior to scheduled experience. Cancellations made within seventy-two (72) hours equate to the redemption of the benefit, and no additional redemptions are available for that same Tier Year. Member will receive the benefit on the day of the show. Member must have a Ticketmaster account to receive tickets. Member must call Resort Services to redeem.
