We’ve redefined outdoor dining on the Las Vegas Strip. Designed in partnership with NOVUS Architecture, they created a natural chic vibe inspired by Malibu. Comfortable and colorful with elegant finishes and modern lines, the raised planters and elevated daybeds offer a relaxing view of the pools. The finer details include encaustic floor tiles, mosaic tile column wraps, draperies that evoke sea waves as the wind rustles the fabric, and jute rope accents complete the beachside aesthetic. Eating breakfast, brunch, or lunch poolside is made all the better while lounging in the shade at Spritz.

Bernard Camat, Executive Chef of Spritz Restaurant & Bar and CAPRI Pool Lounge & Bar at the Venetian Las Vegas brings a wealth of experience to both poolside outlets operated by 50 Eggs Hospitality Group.
Originally from the island of Guam, Chef Bernard moved to Las Vegas at a very young age to attend culinary school at Le Cordon Bleu in 2005. From there, he landed a job as a line cook at Roy’s Hawaiian Fusion and worked his way up through the ranks in celebrated restaurant kitchens both on and off the Las Vegas Strip to become head chef for the past decade.
With a strong Filipino heritage, he credits his success in culinary arts from being raised with all the traditions and culture surrounding the food prepared by his parents and grandmother, and he is a believer that there’s truly nothing better than a simple bowl of ramen done right.
Chef Bernard’s passion for multiple styles of cuisine and is reflected in the diverse menus he presents at Spritz and CAPRI throughout pool season, offering something for everyone from healthful to indulgent and only using the highest quality ingredients available throughout the spring and summer months.Hide Bio
