Yes, we offer a variety of couples massages and massages that can be enjoyed by friends or family members together. You can book a couples massage or coordinate appointments to enjoy our facilities, such as the Aquavana thermal suite, at the same time.

Guests must be at least 18 years old to have full access to our spa facilities, including the fitness center and Aquavana® suite. We welcome guests ages 14–17 who are accompanied by a parent or guardian for their service.

Yes, absolutely. Our spa, salon, and fitness facilities are open to all visitors, whether or not you are a guest of the resort.

• Spa: 6:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
• Salon: 9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
• Fitness Centers: The Venetian North Tower & The Palazzo Fitness Centers are open from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. The Venetian South Tower Fitness Center is open 24 hours for hotel guests.

Canyon Ranch Spa & Fitness is located on the 4th floor of The Venetian and the 3rd floor of The Palazzo, accessible via guest elevators.

Guests with qualifying spa services (typically those of $100 or more) receive complimentary access to our renowned Aquavana® thermal suite, the fitness center, and our relaxation lounges. We encourage you to arrive early to take full advantage of these amenities.

Yes. As a member of Venetian Rewards, you can earn points on eligible spa and salon services. You can also redeem your points to pay for treatments, making your day of relaxation even more rewarding. Simply provide your member number when booking or at check-in to use your benefits.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you provide at least four hours' notice to avoid being charged the full service fee. For packages or group appointments, a longer cancellation period may be required. Please confirm the policy when you book.
