Venetian Las Vegas Gaming, LLC, including its affiliates and subsidiaries, (collectively, the “Company”, “we”, or “our”, “) provides you with an opportunity to opt in to receive text messages, including SMS messages, (collectively, “Text Messages”) on your wireless telephone (“SMS Program”). These SMS Terms and Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern our delivery of the Text Messages that you agree to receive. Your consent is not a condition for purchasing any goods or services. No purchase of goods and services is required to receive Text Messages.

By opting in to our SMS Program, you agree to receive Text Messages subject to these SMS Terms and agree to our Terms of Use, including the arbitration agreement, class action waiver, and jury trial waiver. Your consent to receive Text Messages to the number you provided is for the Company’s use only. Text messaging originator opt-in data and your consent will not be shared with third parties, except with service providers of our SMS Program.

You consent to receive recurring Text Messaging at any time, including by any automated telephone dialing system, from us to the number(s) you have provided to us that pertain to any or all of the below.

  • To provide you with information, notification, and alerts about your transactions, including, but not limited to, stay (e.g., reservation information, check in and check out reminders, suite readiness notification, and orders you may have placed with us), your Venetian Rewards account, and your application submitted through our Career page (e.g., status on your application, confirmed interviews, and task reminders). We may also provide you with information you requested from us.
  • To provide you with information about our promotional offers, events, and other marketing messages about our current and new offerings that may be of interest to you.
  • To provide you with security verification messages for two-factor authentication containing one-time verification codes required to log in to your Venetian Rewards online account through our website or mobile app. You will receive one message containing a one-time verification code per request. You may also opt to receive such messages via email.

Message frequency varies, except for security verification messages for two-factor authentication. Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless plan. If you have questions about your plan, including data rates, contact your wireless provider. You understand that carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered Text Messages.

You certify, warrant, and represent that the telephone number you have provided to us is your contact number and not someone else's. You represent that you are permitted to receive Text Messages at the telephone number you have provided to us.

You can opt out of future messages at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you received a Text Message from us.

If you request to opt out of future messages, you will be sent a one-time opt-out confirmation Text Message.
