Wanda Sykes is an Emmy-winning comedian, writer, actress, and producer with over two decades of experience entertaining audiences worldwide. Known for her sharp wit and fearless humor, she’s earned multiple Emmy nominations for her stand-up specials, acting roles, and voice work, including recent acclaim for her Netflix special Wanda Sykes: I’m an Entertainer and her work on Crank Yankers and The Upshaws.
Wanda co-showruns and stars in The Upshaws and is currently touring internationally with her Please and Thank You comedy tour. Beyond stand-up, she has a rich TV and film career, including roles in The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, Black-ish, and History of the World PT2, and she’s an accomplished producer with her company Push It Productions. Wanda’s humor tackles everything from politics and race to family and social issues, making her one of the most respected and influential voices in comedy today.
