Matteo’s Ristorante Italiano

Known in Los Angeles for their trio of popular dining concepts in the Arts District, Restaurateur Matteo Ferdinandi and Chef Angelo Auriana were childhood friends in Italy. Chef Angelo, describes his concepts as a “journey to Italy with a local.” With this in mind, Matteo’s pays tribute to Northern Italy, where the two grew up. Expect to find many of those surprises on the menu. Entrees are presented in a simple and approachable way.  We recommend trying the delicate handkerchief pasta, silky pasta sheets with basil and almond pesto.
