Financial Reports
On May 14, 2026, Pioneer OpCo, LLC (the "Issuer"), a direct, wholly-owned subsidiary of Pioneer HoldCo, LLC (Pioneer HoldCo, LLC, together with its subsidiaries, the "Company"), issued $600,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 7.000% Senior Secured Notes due 2033 (the "Notes") in a transaction not subject to the registration requirements of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the "Securities Act"). The Company will make quarterly and annual reports available to holders of the Notes, prospective investors of the Notes and market makers affiliated with any initial purchaser of the Notes and, subject to the Company's consent, securities analysts that, in each case, have returned an executed "Request for Information and Confidentiality Agreement" (the "Request Form"). Any person requesting access to such reports is required to (i) keep confidential and not disclose or reveal such reports (or the information contained therein) and (ii) not use such reports and the information contained therein for any purpose other than their evaluation of their investment in the Notes.
Conference Call
The Company will host a quarterly conference call for holders of the Notes, prospective investors of the Notes and market makers affiliated with any initial purchaser of the Notes, beginning with the first full fiscal quarter ending after the Notes were issued, no later than ten business days after each quarterly and annual report is posted to the Company's secure website. Prior to each call, the Company will announce the date, time and access details on its secure website.

For holders of the Notes, prospective investors of the Notes, securities analysts and market makers affiliated with any initial purchaser of the Notes who would like to access the secure website but have not yet been qualified by the Company, please complete and submit the request form by clicking the Request Access button below.
