Street-food favorites get a fresh, seasonal twist at Miznon. This Israeli restaurant was founded by Chef Eyal Shani and Shahar Segal. Since then, Miznon has brought a new kind of Mediterranean cuisine across the globe. Each Miznon location is unique, bringing the flavor of its city and translating it into a pita.
Miznon uses fresh and seasonally inspired ingredients to create a new kind of Mediterranean street food. They take the energy of the city and express it all in a delicious pita. The groove, the desires, the limitations, the beauty and the food will come through the menu. Our own Las Vegas specialty pita will be available when Miznon opens.
In 2011, the first Miznon opened in Tel Aviv. The team then expanded to Paris, Vienna, Melbourne and London. In 2018, the first US Miznon location opened in New York City’s Chelsea Market. Today there are four Miznon restaurants in the New York City, plus a new location in Boston.
Visit Miznon soon for breakfast, lunch, dinner and late-night offerings in Las Vegas. Miznon will open this fall in The Palazzo hotel, just off the casino floor.
