Show Bio

Chef Angelo Auriana hails from Bergamo in Northern Italy. He graduated with honors from the San Pellegrino School. While there, he learned to cook from masters of the culinary arts. He then honed his skills close to home before heading to California in 1985.

He developed his signature style and helped open many restaurants. In 2013, the chef took his career to a new level. He joined the Ferdinandi family. Together they opened The Factory Kitchen and BRERA in the Los Angeles Arts District.

Welcome to Las Vegas. Five years later, they brought Matteo's Ristorante to The Venetian Resort. The trio created BRERA osteria in 2019. Their restaurant group has won multiple accolades for its concepts. They include Bib Gourmand and Michelin Award of Distinction.
