Policies & Procedures


Should the guest count exceed the maximum number of guests included in a celebrations package, additional fees will apply.


Wedding ceremonies and celebration events canceled prior to thirty (30) days of the event date; the 25% initial deposit will be non-refundable and non-transferable for any reason, which is stated in the Wedding Services Agreement or Celebrations Event Order. The 25% non-refundable deposit may be used for the new event date as long as the event date falls within (6) months from its original event date. Events canceled within thirty (30) days of the event date will not receive a refund of either the 25% non-refundable deposit or any other additional deposits or payments made to The Venetian Resort.


Allowance and/or experience must be used during guest stay. No refunds will be provided if allowance and/or experience are not redeemed. Packages with Canyon Ranch spa + fitness experience include a 50-minute Canyon Ranch Massage for the couple, Designer Blowout Updo, and 45-minute Makeup Creation. Taxes, gratuities, and service charges are at the expense of the guest. Couple is responsible for No Show charges.


The Venetian Resort Celebrations Department will not delay the ceremony start time for late guests. Any delay of up to 15 minutes will result in a Late Fee. If the delay is 16 to 29 minutes of the scheduled ceremony time, your ceremony will be rescheduled at the next available time for a rescheduling penalty. For delays 30 minutes or more from the scheduled ceremony time, the ceremony shall be considered canceled under the cancellation policy as outlined in your Wedding Services Agreement, and no refunds will be due.


Discounts, including but not limited to Venetian Rewards Sapphire, Venetian Rewards Ruby, Venetian Rewards Diamond, Locals, or Active Military, are available for wedding ceremony packages $4,000 or above unless there are restrictions applied.


Additional charges will apply for upgrades, custom, and other floral requests. Floral orders canceled within seven (7) days prior to the wedding ceremony date will incur a 100% cancellation penalty. Floral orders placed within seven (7) days prior to the wedding ceremony date will be based on availability. Additional cost of $75 (pricing subject to change) will be applied for delivery set-up times between 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. Outside floral is not permitted.


Must be used during guest stay. Souvenir color photo prints are not included. Our Signature Venetian White Wedding Gondola is available at our Indoor Gondola Operations. A rescheduling fee would be applied for a new date and time for a No Show or same-day cancellation. Gondola rides are non-refundable and non-transferable.


The Celebrations team is pleased to offer our guests who are celebrating with us a courtesy discount on our standard and premier suites per night on rack rates only. Does not include Penthouse, Presidential, or Chairman Suites. Offers are based on promotional availability and may not be combined with any other offer and are subject to change without notice. Rates are per suite, per night, based on double occupancy plus tax and daily resort fee. The couple’s discount is not available if booked through a promotion, package, third party, travel agent, or special rate.

Discounted suite rates can only be reserved through the Celebrations Department by calling 1.866.548.1807 or 702.414.7109 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time.

All rates are based on occupancy and prevailing rate. Prior bookings via venetianlasvegas.com will require a suite confirmation number for verification if the courtesy wedding discount would be accepted in order for the couple to receive a discount.

Guaranteed reservations require the first night’s deposit plus suite tax. Cancellations are refundable up to 72 hours in advance of the check-in date. Cancellation of your package will result in a cancellation of your suite reservation. Blackout dates apply. Cancellation of the wedding ceremony package will result in a cancellation of your guest suite reservation, if a guest suite is included in package. Guests are responsible for incidentals, even if a guest suite is included in the package.


Applicable within The Venetian, The Palazzo®, and Venezia towers. Guests must be checked in to their suite prior to delivery. A message will be left for suites that have their Do Not Disturb sign out.


A premium fee will be applied to all packages. The Celebrations Department is subject to close on holidays. Please call our department at 1.866.548.1807 or 702.414.7109 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time for availability.


Not available after 10:00 p.m.


Restrictions apply for up to one hour of limousine service, maximum of six people.


For packages that do not include a musician, additional charges will apply for a live performance.


Subject to blackout dates and times. Gratuities are at the expense of the guest. See Event Planner on pricing for additional guests. All guests must be 21 years and over. All packages, pricing, and venues are subject to change.


In case of inclement weather, the wedding ceremony will be performed in our wedding chapel.


Cherish, Timeless, Destiny, Proposal, and Celebration packages: $500 additional charge for wedding ceremonies performed Friday through Sunday. Ceremony times performed at the Venezia Chapel for Destiny or Cherish, Friday through Sunday, would be 10:00 a.m., 11:30 a.m., or 1:00 p.m. All ceremonies, proposals, renewals, specials, and Celebration packages booked within fourteen (14) days of the event date are subject to a $500 booking fee. All packages, pricing, and venues are subject to change. Gondola ceremonies performed after 1:00 p.m. and Garden ceremonies performed after 1:30 p.m., Friday through Sunday, will require an additional charge.


Additional charges will apply for upgrades, additional prints, and added services for photography and/or videography. No outside professional photography and/or videography is allowed on property. Photo allowance may be used toward extra photography time or photo products; does not include the Digital File Download with Personal Use Rights. Digital File Download with Personal Use Rights is sold separately, starting at $1,380 (pricing subject to change).


No substitutions on all packages. Package price includes applicable sales tax and service charge. No adjustments will be made to preceding contracted packages. Subject to terms and conditions of contract. Management reserves all rights.


A proposal followed by a wedding ceremony that has been contracted by the Celebrations Department within two months of each other qualify for 10% off the ceremony package. A minimum of a two-week notice is required to coordinate wedding proposal details for a custom proposal/lettering projected in the sky within St. Mark’s Square on the Grand Canal.


Rehearsals are to be performed on the day prior to the wedding ceremony, excluding Saturdays and Holidays. Rehearsal times available are 9:00 a.m., 10:30 a.m., 12:00 p.m., 1:30 p.m., 3:00 p.m., or 4:30 p.m. All rehearsal times are on a first-comefirst-served basis. Rehearsals are for up to 30 minutes total. Fees may apply for additional time.


For couples that have booked their initial wedding within the Celebrations Department, the couple will receive 10% off their wedding ceremony package. Must present a copy of the marriage certificate with The Venetian Resort as the wedding venue.


Resort credit will be applied to the final bill at checkout. Please inquire with your event planner for the most current list of partners where the credit may be used. The resort credit may not be applied towards the resort fee, gratuities, or any suite upgrades. No refunds will be provided if allowance is not redeemed.


Audio-visual orders canceled within seven (7) days prior to wedding and/or event will incur a 25% cancellation penalty.


The Venezia Gardens location is for specific areas only, not the entire pool and garden area. Contact your event planner for more details. Location availability varies seasonally. Selected locations for the Radiance package include the Venezia Wedding Chapel (max. 100 guests), the Venezia Fountain Terrace (max. 40 guests), the Venezia Courtyard (max. 100 guests), or The Waterfall Atrium (max. 60 guests). Up to one hour use of ceremony venue for the Destiny, Inspire, or Radiance packages.


Vouchers are non-transferable and have no cash value. Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Must be redeemed during guest stay.


Waterfall weddings are based on the seasonal creations of The Venetian Resort Horticulture Department. All seasonal décor is subject to change.
