Steakhouse Las Vegas Experience Redefined
David Chang offers smoked meats, seafood, a raw bar, and drinks to complement all the above. The Smoked Prime Rib is one of many entrees to relish. It starts with dry-aged Creekstone prime rib beef that’s cured for 24 hours in Savory Seasoned Salt. Then the prime rib is smoked for five hours before carved and plated. Explore fresh fish selections, some of which come from their own crustacean tanks on display.

Action from the kitchen is brought to the dining room with custom trolleys and tableside preparations. Another must-try from the menu is Bing. It’s a fluffy flatbread that can be savored with a variety of toppings. Some favorite toppings including Shaved Foie Gras and Maine Lobster Salad.

With an incredible atmosphere, Majordōmo offers a secret karaoke room to enjoy. The room is fully equipped for dining and comes with a private restroom and lounge for maximum social distancing. You can choose to eat in the main dining room and be escorted to the karaoke room after dinner for singing and cocktails. The room features a pass-through window to Moon Palace by David Chang to keep the drinks and snacks flowing all night long. From your first bite to the last note, it’s celebrating at its finest.
