Chef Buddy ‘Cake Boss’ Valastro
Buddy Valastro pioneered the custom cake movement from his family bakery in New Jersey. Then he set his sights on Las Vegas with dreams of bringing his love of food to the masses. With so much culinary talent in his family, it was easy to create a menu to rival other Italian restaurants in Las Vegas.

From The Venetian Lobby

Walk straight through the Grand Colonnade and enter The Venetian casino floor. Take the right-hand walkway next to the food court until you reach the escalators. Take the escalator to Level 2. Turn around and enter the Grand Canal Shoppes. Take the walkway to the left of the Grand Canal and continue forward alongside the canal. Walk until almost the end of the canal, until you reach a hallway on your left. Walk straight down the hallway and Buddy V’s will be on your right.
From The Palazzo Lobby

Enter The Palazzo Casino Floor and turn right, using the right-hand walkway until you reach The Waterfall Atrium. Take the escalator to Level 2. Use the walkway to the right of the Grand Canal until you reach a hallway to the right. Walk straight down the hallway and Buddy V’s will be on your right.
