When moms picture their dream brunch, Bouchon is bound to come up, and rightly so. Here, brunch is an art form. For Mother’s Day, they’ve created a special three-course prix fixe menu to celebrate. Start with Crêpe aux Fraises with delicious ripe strawberries, toasted almonds, crème fraîche, and Chantilly cream. It’s not brunch without eggs Benedict, and the Bénédictine au Homard is divine. Layered on a Bouchon Bakery English muffin, Maine lobster is topped with two poached eggs, hen-of-the-woods mushrooms, English peas, onion confit, and Hollandaise sauce. For $75 per person, you can take mom to a brunch oasis. Only available on May 12 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Thomas Keller’s name is synonymous with quality and high standards. The chef and proprietor has established a collection of restaurants that sets a new paradigm within the hospitality profession. He is first and only American-born chef to hold multiple three-star ratings from the prestigious Michelin Guide—for The French Laundry and Per Se—in addition to being awarded one star for The Surf Club Restaurant, becoming the most honored American chef by Michelin Guide, as well as the first American male chef to be designated a Chevalier of The French Legion of Honor, the highest decoration in France.

  • To the right of the front desk, take the Venezia Tower elevators to the Venezia Lobby (Level L). Turn left after exiting the elevator and walk down the hallway. Bouchon will be on your right.

From The Venetian Self-Park Casino Elevators

  • Take the parking garage elevators to Level 3 Lobby/Casino. Exit the elevators and go to the back set of elevators closest to the wall. Take them up to Level L Venezia/Bouchon. Turn left out of the elevator bank and Bouchon will be straight ahead.
