Nothing says “birthday party” quite like cake. And Black Tap Craft Burgers & Beer is going all out for our 25th with an Italian-inspired Raspberry Almond Shake, available all month long. A chocolate frosted rim is adorned with red, green and white sprinkles, reminiscent of the flag of Italy. This decadent shake is then topped with a cake slice inspired by the classic Italian cookie, and topped with whipped cream and a cherry. Ciao bella!

Bouchon pays homage to the lion of Venice and out Italian heritage with the Lion’s Tail cocktail. Our authentic Italian heritage is perhaps best embodied by Brera Osteria’s menu. Full of fresh pasta, woodfired pizza and other Italian favorites, they’re serving up three specialty pasta dishes for just $25 each this May. Enjoy their classic Gnocchi with arugula pesto and burrata; the Vegana garganelli with cauliflower and onion crema, a plant-based delight; and the Fettuccelle egg pasta with beef Bolognese and shaved parmigiano. Matteo’s Ristorante Italiano celebrates the flavors of Northern Italy with fresh pasta that’s housemade daily, right here in The Venetian Resort. For the month of May, they’ve selected three special dishes to help celebrate our 25th birthday and out Italian roots. Try their signature Mandilli di Seta, silky handkerchief pasta sheets topped with almond basil pesto; Bucatini All’Amatriciana with guanciale, pancetta, tomatoes and basil; or Maccheroncelli, a sweet pea scented pasta with sautéed mushrooms, spring garlic, fava beans and black truffles. Each dish is specially priced at $25, this month only.
